Is there a bond to be paid?

Yes. The bond is equivalent to one month of rent and is to be paid prior to moving in. The bond is refunded after the unit has been vacated and inspected for damage, cleanliness etc. and then allowing for any adjustments.

How often is rent paid?

Rent is paid monthly. The first month of rent is to be paid prior to move in, then the first of every month thereafter.

Can a semi-trailer access the site?

Yes, drive in – reverse out

Is there off street parking?

Yes – this is a Council requirement which has been met

Do I need my own insurance on the building?

No. Tenant to insure own assets.

Will I need to provide financial and business references?

Yes

Do I have a key to the main gate?

Yes – there is 24/7 access

Am I able to store flammable and dangerous goods?

No

What is the size of the roller door?

Is NBN internet available?

Yes

Is there electronic security?

You can install your own system for your unit

How are the units constructed?

150mm concrete floor, steel trusses, Colourbond steel roof walls

Are there any hidden charges?

No – outside of your monthly rent & outgoings, there are no further charges

Town water, electricity, telephone & sewer

What services are not available?

Gas, Council rubbish collection, Australia Post delivery
